How it Ships

While we pride ourselves on low free shipping thresholds to most of the planet, what we really stand for is minimal packaging.

Every product that ships out goes out in the minimum amount of packaging required to get the items to their destination safely and securely. No more, no less.

Materials

The Pela Case is made of Flaxstic®, which is comprised of compostable bioplastic elastomer and flax straw materials. Our material has been tested to be safe and free of phthalates, BPA, cadmium and lead and is verified to meet child safety standards in the U.S., Canada, Europe, Australia and New Zealand.

Our base material meets U.S. (ASTM D6400-04) and E.U. (EN 13432) standards for composting in an industrial composting facility and has a lower carbon footprint and lower greenhouse gas emissions than traditional plastic. It can also be left to compost in a home composting environment.

Our Case Design

Meticulously designed to protect your phone from drops and scratches as well as any traditional plastic case. Precision cuts around speakers, charger, volume and power buttons.

Carefully designed wrap around edges to protect the front of your phone. Smooth to the touch, flexible with no extra bulk.

Saving the planet!
Felt really good making this purchase, knowing it’s helping the Earth even in the smallest of way possible. Will also be sending my old plastic case via the Pela 360 program.
This has to be one of the most sturdy phone cases I have had and I really like the green trim color. Will most definitely be making more Pela case purchases.

Love Pela Cases
I have purchased a few cases. I love how they take the planet into consideration. I chose the green clear for my new green phone. I wanted the case to have a minimalist look yet still protect my phone. The new case does both.
