Materials

The Pela Case is made of Flaxstic®, which is comprised of compostable bioplastic elastomer and flax straw materials. Our material has been tested to be safe and free of phthalates, BPA, cadmium and lead and is verified to meet child safety standards in the U.S., Canada, Europe, Australia and New Zealand.

Our base material meets U.S. (ASTM D6400-04) and E.U. (EN 13432) standards for composting in an industrial composting facility and has a lower carbon footprint and lower greenhouse gas emissions than traditional plastic. It can also be left to compost in a home composting environment.

Our Case Design

Meticulously designed to protect your phone from drops and scratches as well as any traditional plastic case. Precision cuts around speakers, charger, volume and power buttons.

Carefully designed wrap around edges to protect the front of your phone. Smooth to the touch, flexible with no extra bulk.

Functional and Fun!
I love the Pela Grip. :) It's helped cut in half the number of times drop my phone a day...lol! It's also great that you can slide it up and down to make the loop bigger or tighten on your finger to be more secure. Its cute and also feels nice to the touch too, and is perfectly matched to the Forest Floor Pela Phone Case I also purchased. This is my 3rd Pela Case.

Love the grips
I have had a few Pela Grips and I won't go without them. It allows me to utilize my phone with one hand and keeps it so much more secure to avoid drops. It also offers a way to tilt the phone up while on a flat surface.
This colour looks phenomenal with the Sunflower case.
