I completely misread the customer support response and not only are they beyond helpful and reasonable, they're genuinely sweet people. I responded without reading the entire email and jumped to conclusions, they're very helpful and are going above and beyond to exchange the case.
I have been seeking for a soft silicone case for the pixel 6 pro and I can tell you, they don't exist. Everything advertised as silicone is actually hard tpu with a coating over top. Now while pela isn't silicone it's as close to it as you can get. Cutouts are nice and don't leave sharp edges, fit is perfect (I take my case on and off a lot so this is important to me). My only criticism is the exposed power button but I believe they're doing this for structural reasons.
I'm exchanging my Seashell because it's more pink than I'd like for a London Fog.
