How it Ships

While we pride ourselves on low free shipping thresholds to most of the planet, what we really stand for is minimal packaging.

Every product that ships out goes out in the minimum amount of packaging required to get the items to their destination safely and securely. No more, no less.

Materials

The Pela Case is made of Flaxstic®, which is comprised of compostable bioplastic elastomer and flax straw materials. Our material has been tested to be safe and free of phthalates, BPA, cadmium and lead and is verified to meet child safety standards in the U.S., Canada, Europe, Australia and New Zealand.

Our base material meets U.S. (ASTM D6400-04) and E.U. (EN 13432) standards for composting in an industrial composting facility and has a lower carbon footprint and lower greenhouse gas emissions than traditional plastic. It can also be left to compost in a home composting environment.

Our Case Design

Meticulously designed to protect your phone from drops and scratches as well as any traditional plastic case. Precision cuts around speakers, charger, volume and power buttons.

Great case, nice and simple, well built
Never had a clear case before, but I have a sweet green iPhone 13 mini and wanted to see the phone this time. Good bumpers that protect the front of the phone, clear and crisp backing that lets the phone show perfectly. Easy to fit on, no complaints at all. I will get Pela again for my next phone.

Love the case but the clear back..
I really like this case overall. It’s slim and I like that the back is shaped around the phone, so it doesn’t rock like my old case. It’s really well engineered and not too slippery, but also not too grippy so it slides in my pocket. My only problem is with the clear back; I’ve only had the case a few days and the back is already visibly scuffed all over from going in and out of my purse. Overall a great product
