How it Ships

While we pride ourselves on low free shipping thresholds to most of the planet, what we really stand for is minimal packaging.

Every product that ships out goes out in the minimum amount of packaging required to get the items to their destination safely and securely. No more, no less.

Materials

The Pela Case is made of Flaxstic®, which is comprised of compostable bioplastic elastomer and flax straw materials. Our material has been tested to be safe and free of phthalates, BPA, cadmium and lead and is verified to meet child safety standards in the U.S., Canada, Europe, Australia and New Zealand.

Our base material meets U.S. (ASTM D6400-04) and E.U. (EN 13432) standards for composting in an industrial composting facility and has a lower carbon footprint and lower greenhouse gas emissions than traditional plastic. It can also be left to compost in a home composting environment.

Our Case Design

Meticulously designed to protect your phone from drops and scratches as well as any traditional plastic case. Precision cuts around speakers, charger, volume and power buttons.

Carefully designed wrap around edges to protect the front of your phone. Smooth to the touch, flexible with no extra bulk.

Beautiful, sustainable choice!
I've been wanting to try out Pela cases for quite some time, so a whale biologist, I was so excited to see this design. The case is soft, but as far as I can tell, durable. It also covers the volume and sleep buttons, which is an added measure of protection. And of course, the design is totally unique and gorgeous.

The best case!
I have been using Buy Nothing/ hand me down/cheap Ali Express cases for years. Finally I got a new iPhone and decided to get an amazing case. I am so happy! This is soft, it’s beautiful, and it protects. No complaints at all.

These cases are so cute! And you can feel good about using them!!!
Easy to put on and pull off the case. They wear well and are easy to clean. The prints are super cute! AND you know it is not as bad for the environment as most other cases. What's NOT to like???
