How it Ships

While we pride ourselves on low free shipping thresholds to most of the planet, what we really stand for is minimal packaging.

Every product that ships out goes out in the minimum amount of packaging required to get the items to their destination safely and securely. No more, no less.

Materials

The Pela Case is made of Flaxstic®, which is comprised of compostable bioplastic elastomer and flax straw materials. Our material has been tested to be safe and free of phthalates, BPA, cadmium and lead and is verified to meet child safety standards in the U.S., Canada, Europe, Australia and New Zealand.

Our base material meets U.S. (ASTM D6400-04) and E.U. (EN 13432) standards for composting in an industrial composting facility and has a lower carbon footprint and lower greenhouse gas emissions than traditional plastic. It can also be left to compost in a home composting environment.

Our Case Design

Meticulously designed to protect your phone from drops and scratches as well as any traditional plastic case. Precision cuts around speakers, charger, volume and power buttons.

Carefully designed wrap around edges to protect the front of your phone. Smooth to the touch, flexible with no extra bulk.

Cute Doggos
I’ve been a pela customer for many years and have used pela cases for the last three models of iPhones I’ve had. I continue to love them. I like the coloring of this case and the doggos make me smile.

highly recommend!
bought this for myself because I have decided that every purchase I make, from food to clothes to cars, has to be researched first. I always look for items that have the least harmful impact to the planet and all of us beings who share it. pela was the perfect choice! plus it is stylish, feels great in my hand because it is nonslip, but it goes in and out of a pocket easily. I have told others about it and I hope they decided to purchase a pela product also.
